Getting Started
- How do I create my first habit? Tap the "+" button on the main screen, enter your habit name, choose an icon and color, then set your daily completion goal.
- Can I sync my data across devices? Yes! Your data automatically syncs across all your devices using iCloud when you're signed in with the same Apple ID.
- How do I set up reminders? When creating or editing a habit, tap "Reminder" to set a daily notification time.
Data & Privacy
- Is my data private? Absolutely. Your personal habit data is stored locally on your device and synced via your private iCloud account. We cannot access your personal habit information.
- What data do you collect? We only collect your email address for account creation and anonymous usage analytics to improve the app. Your habit data stays private to you.
- Can I export my data? Your data is automatically backed up to iCloud. You can also take screenshots or manually record your progress if needed.
Features & Usage
- How do challenges work? Challenges are optional social features where you can participate with others. Only your progress statistics (not personal habit details) are shared.
- Can I customize habit colors and icons? Yes! You can choose from a variety of colors and icons when creating or editing habits.
- What if I miss a day? Don't worry! Missing a day doesn't reset your streak. You can continue tracking from where you left off.
Troubleshooting
- My data isn't syncing Make sure you're signed in to iCloud and have a stable internet connection. Try signing out and back in to iCloud.
- Notifications aren't working Check that notifications are enabled for Habit Tracker in your device Settings > Notifications.
- The app crashes or freezes Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, restart your device.
