This Privacy Policy explains that the Resume Builder tools do not collect, transmit, or store your resume data on my servers. Everything you create stays within Apple’s SwiftData framework on your own devices.
Information Collected
- Resume content: stored locally in SwiftData containers on your Apple hardware.
- Cloud backups (optional): if you enable iCloud for the app, Apple handles the sync.
- Support emails: only the messages you voluntarily send to onlyvatana22@gmail.com.
I do not run analytics, ad trackers, or remote logging inside the app.
How Your Data Is Used
Your resume data never leaves the SwiftData store unless you export it or sync via Apple services. I only see information you explicitly send in a support request, and I use it solely to reply to you.
Local Storage Powered by SwiftData
SwiftData saves everything directly on-device and leverages Apple’s security features such as data protection and encryption. When iCloud sync is enabled, Apple manages the encrypted transfer and storage. I do not receive a copy of those records.
Retention & Control
You control all resume entries from within the app—delete a record and it disappears immediately from your SwiftData store and any connected Apple sync destinations. I only retain support emails in my inbox for as long as needed to resolve the conversation.
Children’s Privacy
The Resume Builder is not intended for children under 16. I do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and accounts believed to belong to minors will be removed.
