These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to the Resume Builder applications, templates, and related services operated by me, Vatana Chhorn. By installing or using the software you agree to these Terms.
License
I provide you with a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to create, edit, and export resumes and cover letters. You may not resell the software, distribute template files publicly, or reverse engineer proprietary components.
User Responsibilities
- Ensure all content you upload is accurate and lawful.
- Maintain the security of your devices and backups.
- Use exports solely for personal or professional job applications.
Intellectual Property
All original templates, code, and brand assets remain the intellectual property of Vatana Chhorn. You retain ownership of your resume content. By submitting feedback you grant me the right to use it to improve the product without additional compensation.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the Resume Builder to generate misleading credentials, discriminatory job postings, or content that violates applicable laws. Abuse, attempts to disrupt infrastructure, or unauthorized scraping will result in immediate access termination.
Data Storage & Sync
Your resumes and cover letters stay on your Apple devices inside SwiftData containers. If you enable iCloud sync, Apple is the only party that handles the encrypted transfer and storage. I do not run my own servers for this data and cannot access your documents unless you share them explicitly.
Disclaimer & Liability
The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. I am not responsible for lost job opportunities or indirect damages arising from use. Where the law allows, my aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
Updates to These Terms
I may update these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. When changes are material, you will be notified in-app or via email before the updated Terms take effect.
